Fabiana Di Lúcia has a degree in Law, specialising in Constitutional, Civil and Real Estate Law. Di Lúcia has been a Legislative Analyst in the Legislative Chamber of the Federal District since 2006. She was Director and Executive Coordinator for the regularisation of rural land at Terracap, Secretary of State for Entrepreneurship at the GDF and worked as Undersecretary for Land Affairs and Economic Programmes and Incentives. She has also served as a Board Member of Caesb and Terracap.
