Mauricio Roitman, a seasoned International Consultant and Professor of Energy Economics and Regulation at ITBA, is a prominent figure in the field of energy economics. He served as the Undersecretary of Project Evaluation and Energy Scenarios at the Ministry of Energy and Mines (MINEM), where he was instrumental in shaping energy policy and strategy. Following this, he took on the significant role of President of the Board of ENARGAS, Argentina's gas regulatory agency, further solidifying his expertise in energy regulation. In his role as Undersecretary, Roitman was responsible for Energy Foreign Relations and Institutional Relations of MINEM with the National Congress.
