Luis Medina – Senior Investment Officer, Infrastructure & Energy, Southern Cone | IFC Luis Medina is a finance and investment expert with over 15 years of experience in infrastructure, energy, and telecom investments across Latin America. As Senior Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), he leads infrastructure and energy financing in the Southern Cone, focusing on renewable energy, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and sustainable investments. Prior to this, he held key roles at IFC, the World Bank Group, DIRECTV Latin America, and KPMG Corporate Finance, specialising in project finance, M&A, and capital structuring. He holds an MBA from IE Business School and has been instrumental in mobilising private capital for large-scale infrastructure projects in emerging markets.
