Flávio Roscoe has worked in the textile industry for 34 years, being a managing partner of the companies Colortextil Participações LTDA, Colortextil Nordeste LTDA, Itatextil LTDA and FTX LTDA. He is in his second term as President of the Federation of Industries of the State of Minas Gerais – FIEMG and is a member of the Council of Representatives of the National Confederation of Industry – CNI, assuming the position of vice-president. Still at CNI, he is President of the Infrastructure Council – COINFRA. He was president of the Malhas Textile Industries Union in the State of Minas Gerais – SINDIMALHAS for 16 years and has served as financial administrative vice-president since 2020. He is also executive business director of CREDIFIEMG – Credit cooperative of the Federation of Industries of the State of Minas Gerais General. In addition, he is a member of the following councils: Board of Directors of the Brazilian Textile and Clothing Industry Association – ABIT; Board of Trustees of the Minas Gerais State Research Support Foundation – FAPEMIG; UNA University Advisory Board and vice-president of the Fiscal Council of the Associação Júnior Achievement de Minas Gerais. He is also Honorary President of FIEMG Jovem. He is married and father of three daughters.
