Bachelor in chemical engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal. Eve-Marie is a mineral processing specialist with 23 years of experience, primarily in the fields of process design, operational support, and process simulations. She has been involved in technical studies and projects for various commodities, lately focusing on lithium and nickel. Eve-Marie is currently working on a feasibility study for a lithium concentrator demonstration plant. She is also in charge of the Hatch Montreal process team, where she coordinates and support the development of more than 50 process engineers working across a wide range of technologies including mineral processing, hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy and off-gas cleaning. Her technical expertise includes the development of lithium concentrator and refinery flowsheets, and trade-off studies for various grinding, flotation and dewatering technologies. This summer, she will present the paper Implementing a Testwork Program for a Metallurgical Plant at the 2024 COM conference in Canada.
